けんさん、10歳若返る方法、とても、興味深かったです

私も先日、セラピスト師匠の、Zoom講座で、クレンズ（ファスティング）をゆるく頑張りました。

肝臓を休めることの大切さ、食べるものが体を作ること、ついつい忘れがちだったことを、再認識できて良かったです。

今後も、食べ方は、ゆっくり無理しないやり方を探し続けたいと思いました。
けんさんのお話も、とても、参考になったので参考にしたいと思いました。
参考図書も、あるのに読んでなかったので、読もうと思いました。
