けんさん、チャクラの動画、とても興味深かったです。もともと、興味あったのですが、とてもわかりやすくて、これから何回も観たいです。安全にチャクラを開く、けんさんの体験をもとに、ほんと、けんさんの誠実さの伝わってくる動画で改めて、リスペクトです🌿

私は、最近、ライトボディ活性化アチューメントを受け、ライトボディのブロック、（よくわからないけど、深いトラウマのようなものが出て、体験も出ています）を解放するプロセス体験がとても、私にとって、しんどいので、観察者になるよう、ジャッジを手放せるよう、でも、インナーチャイルドには優しくを、今…やっています。

ですので、今回の動画とても、役に立っています。ありがとうございます。
