【感想】
いつもお世話になっております。
与え愛の社会、興味深く読ませていただきました。
与え合う、そんな社会になったら素敵なことだと思います。
そして、これは才能の与え愛にもつながることだなあと感じました。
というのも、ある仕事の才能がある人はその仕事をやれば、楽しくそして成果もでると思います。
そしてその仕事の才能がない人は、別の分野で才能を活かせばいいと思います。
でも実際は、その仕事が苦手(才能ないの)で嫌なのに、ムリして頑張ってしまいます。
自分が嫌なら他の人も嫌だろうと思ってしまうからです。
なので、自分の嫌な(才能のない)仕事は、他の才能ある人にとって好きでやりたいことかも、という視点をもち、互いに才能を使ってたすけあえればいいのになあ、と思いました。
